Meet some of the Management Performance International team members below.

Anthony P. D'Eramo is Chairman of the Board and founder of Management Performance International, Inc. with over 25 years consulting experience. Since founding Management Performance International in 1974, he has led it to become nationally recognized for developing and implementing successful Human Resource systems and processes that have resulted in innovative and effective changes.

James L. Taylor, President and CEO, has over 25 years of human resources experience as a human resources practitioner and a management consultant. With a Master's degree in Business Administration; his areas of expertise include employee and labor relations. He is also a frequent speaker on management subjects and has been an author on human resources issues.

Daniel J. Ripberger, Vice President, has more than 15 years experience providing executive, employee and sales compensation consulting services to clients across a number of market sectors, including manufacturing, financial services, technology products and services, Federal government contractors, and telecommunications. In addition, he is intimately familiar with not-for-profit organizations in a variety of sectors including healthcare, higher education, associations and foundations. He has a BSBA in Human Resources/Economics.

Daniel R. Garcia, Vice President, leads the firm's employee and labor relations practice. His work includes union campaign activity, mediation and labor arbitration cases. In addition, he is a frequent speaker at training seminars on the subject of unions, labor relations and management's role in working under Federal labor laws. He has consulted in a number of different industries including healthcare, manufacturing, wireless communication, and hospitality. He has a Masters degree in Public Affairs.

Raymond C. Seghers, Senior Consultant, has more than 30 years of experience in employee and customer surveys. Recent clients have included healthcare organizations, government agencies, manufacturers, and service organizations. In addition, he has directed national / international / industry employee commitment research programs. He has a PhD Candidacy in Mathematical Psychology and MA in Mathematics from the University of Michigan.

In addition to the executives and consultants, our team includes analysts, project associates, and administrative members who play an integral role in providing superior service to our clients.
